  MCAS Issues 23rd September

  Dear Parent/ Carer(s),
  
  We are aware of an issue with the MCAS app crashing when trying to view messages, we have contacted the app provider who have said they are aware of the issue and are working to fix this as quickly as possible. They have advised in the meantime to access My Child At School via a web browser, this should allow you access to everything you have access to on the app.

  Upcoming Works

  Dear Parents and Carers,
  
  We would like to inform you about important upcoming works related to the installation of a new Toucan Crossing near the school.
  The work is scheduled to begin on Monday 13th October 2025 and is expected to last approximately 4 to 5 weeks.
  During this time:
  • The footpath on the South side of the Feature Square (from Teviot to the Fosseway Fox planter) will be closed while ducting is laid.
  • There will also be some minor closures on the North side footpath around the crossing lights and new tactile slabs, which are being installed to improve accessibility and safety for all pupils and pedestrians.
  • Temporary traffic management arrangements will be in place, including a temporary bus stop position. We will share further details as soon as these are confirmed.
  Local residents will also receive flyers with information about the works.
  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period as these improvements will enhance safety for our pupils and the wider community.
